A novel reduced order model technology framework to support the estimation of the energy savings in building retrofits

• A novel Reduced Order Model (ROM) framework is developed to support estimation of energy savings in building retrofits. ROM utilised the International Measurement and Verification Protocol. The improves application EPC accelerates investment cost-effective forecasting consumption demonstrated validated for an operating educational building. Energy Performance Contracting (EPC), as a tool enhance efficiency buildings, can accelerate conservation measures (ECMs) existing buildings. However, there are many risks barriers that slow down uptake EPC, such complexity process or uncertainty performance post-retrofit.
